These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services provided by RK Software Solutions.
We provide custom web development, mobile app development, and ERP software solutions as per client requirements.
All payments for our services must be made securely through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay). Invoices will be shared as per project milestones.
All software, code, and designs created by us remain the property of RK Software Solutions until full payment is received. After payment, the client will receive the rights as per the agreed contract.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use them.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Puducherry courts.
